Can the whole family watch on different TVs at the same time?
Each Ultra8K IPTV line plays on one screen at a time. If the lounge, the kids' room and the kitchen tablet all need to watch at the same moment, simply take a separate line for each screen — every line has the full channel list, and the 12-month plan keeps each extra screen at £4.58 a month.
Are Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi channels included for British Asian homes?
Yes. Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil and Gujarati entertainment, drama and news channels sit on the same login as the British channels, so nobody has to pay for a separate Asian package.
I am Polish (or Romanian, Portuguese, Italian) and live in Britain — is there TV from home?
There are European channel groups for Poland, Romania, Portugal, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Turkey and more. Load the trial and search your language in the channel list to see exactly what is there.
Does the TV guide follow UK time when the clocks change?
The EPG guide follows the time zone set on your device, so it moves between GMT and BST with your Fire TV Stick, Android box or smart TV. If times look an hour out, check the time zone in the device settings.
Why are UK prices so much lower than a satellite or cable package?
You already pay for broadband, and there is no dish, box rental, engineer visit or 18-month contract to fund. One month is £8, and the 12-month plan is £55, which works out at about £4.58 a month.
Does a plan renew on its own?
No. There is no direct debit and nothing renews automatically. When your plan nears its end, you simply message us on WhatsApp if you want another period.
Which devices do UK households use most?
Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs (through a player app), iPhone, iPad, PC and MAG boxes. We do not supply an app; you install a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters and the setup guide walks you through it.
